Van & Wheels needed more than a brochure site — they needed a full operational engine taking complex variables (pickup, drop-off, weight, van size, timings) into a frictionless customer booking flow and a central operations hub.
We built a two-part system: a high-contrast public booking platform focused on conversion and instant quoting, paired with a custom internal admin portal for fleet, job, and driver management.
Clear service breakdowns and step-by-step quoting on the storefront, matched with a clean, data-dense operations dashboard for the internal team.
Built on Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL with full Stripe Checkout integration for booking payments and automated refund workflows.
