The Oasis Homes needed a real estate platform that could do more than display property cards — communicating developments, locations, and investment details while giving search engines a structure they could understand.
We focused on property-led information architecture, responsive property pages, search visibility, and clear enquiry paths built around how buyers actually research property.
Restrained typography and full-bleed photography structured around location, development, bedrooms, investment details, and direct enquiry.
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with technical SEO baked into every development and listing route.
Achieved a 51.7% average scroll depth across long-form property pages with zero rage clicks and consistent 81/100 performance scores.
