AQ Foodhall is Birmingham's first fully halal indoor food hall: a curated destination on Allison Street in the Creative Quarter, home to eight vendors, themed days, and live sports screenings.
We created a visual system that could hold eight distinct vendors and a full calendar of themed days without losing the energy of the venue or becoming a directory listing.
Photography leads the experience, with a warm, high-contrast layout that keeps vendor menus, events, and live screenings easy to discover.
We watched real usage after launch, using heatmaps, SEO work, and regular analytics to remove friction. When vendor-by-vendor menus proved too slow, we brought every menu into one continuous scroll.

The site now ranks #1 for more than 12 keywords and sees a high volume of returning users — a genuine utility for deciding where to eat.
